Intervention/Photo Series, AT, 2010

Playgrounds is a series of interventions in subway tunnels and infrastructural underground areas of the Vienna Metro. Chalk drawings and toys seem to prove that children were playing in these strange environments. The photographs show places that are inaccessible to us in everyday life. However, by their rough character they have an unique aesthetic quality.
